In 2006, I earned my first SAP certification and never looked back. I worked on major go-lives across different Brazilian states, for both public and private institutions, expanding my experience in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and more. I even took a break to work on a fascinating project developing evacuation algorithms for nuclear plants, but destiny brought me back to SAP.

I’m a SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant with over two decades of experience in technology, passionate about intelligent systems, learning, and human connection. I bring a rare blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence to every project I touch.
Where it all began
My passion for tech began at a very early age, with a course in typing on manual and electronic typewriters (yes, really!). That spark led me to courses in MS-DOS and Excel, and soon I was working at tech fairs in Brazil. My career started officially while I was still in college, as an assistant to the director of Sanofi Brasil.
Soon after, I joined IBM through a competitive selection process and had the privilege of working with Jefferson Ferreira, a mentor I deeply admire and still keep in touch with. At IBM, I started as a focal point for Latin America, then moved into frontend development using C++ to interface with SAP FI. When a critical need arose after a go-live, I shifted to SAP Time Management and discovered a new area of expertise.
How I work
I thrive in environments that value autonomy, collaboration, and a strong focus on client experience. I love connecting dots across disciplines, balancing logic and empathy, and finding elegant solutions to complex challenges. I also recently discovered that my passion for learning and my multidimensional thinking stem from having a rainforest mind, which helps explain my wide interests and deep focus.
A mind that never stops learning
I graduated in Information Technology in 2004, then a second degree in Computer Science, where I earned top marks and received a full scholarship for an MBA in Big Data (completed but not concluded). During that period, I moved to Europe and began working with clients like UniCredit, IOC, Ansaldo, and ESA.
Recently, I completed two postgraduate programs in Big Data and Machine Learning, which helped me build a strong foundation to explore Artificial Intelligence within SAP.
